Ozero Bolshoe Almatinskoe- The Big Almaty Lake lies amongst the Zailiysky Alteau Mountain Range surrounded by forests. It is an excellent place for a picnic and hiking. Medeu Ice Rink and Chimbulak Ski Resort- A great place to be if you like hiking and skiing or spend the day relaxing with lazy lunch. Visit the Opera- A visit to the Philharmonic Abay State Opera or the Ballet Theatre is a must if you want to enjoy an evening filled with good music.
