It is also a popular tourist pace due to the presence of so many famous monuments. It is a four storied building with impressive interiors. The façade has 36 white fluted columns. The first level can hold about 350 members and guests, while the second is for press and the third level is left for the technical staff. The interior of the building is decorated with marble from Samarkand and granite from Bukhara and Ukrainian.
